Karen is the founder and President of ASMC. With over 27 years of experience in financial services, Karen is a senior executive whose vision and leadership have advanced the industry. As a pioneer in the area of variable annuity contract structure, Karen wrote a book coining what is now industry-accepted terminology. In 2000, Karen identified a need in the industry for clearer, more useful information on annuity investments. Through her vision and execution, the service she conceived of is now the Annuity Intelligence Report.

The AI Report continues to serve as the leading independent source for variable annuity research, and Advanced Sales & Marketing Corporation is the acknowledged premier provider of annuity competitive intelligence.

In 2004, Karen’s vision and entrepreneurial drive compelled her to create a strategic partnership with Perry Moore, former COO of Deutsche Asset Management/Scudder Investments, to bring his unique strategic sales planning program to the financial services industry. Karen continues to conceive of and execute business ideas in the areas of product development, distribution, and research.

Until 2004 Karen headed the advanced sales division for the mutual fund, variable annuity and retirement planning group at Deutsche/Scudder. There she developed value-added programs and a continuing education unit that directly increased sales and gave her firm's distribution team a competitive edge. She is a nationally recognized speaker.

Perry Moore is the CEO of Advanced Sales & Marketing Corporation. With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Perry is known for his strategic thinking and business planning that result in product innovation, patents, creative marketing and enhanced wholesaler productivity that dramatically increase sales. Perry leads the consulting effort at ASMC, working with clients to build their strategy for product development, positioning, distribution, and enhanced sales performance.

Perry is the creator of our Strategic Business Planning and Territory Management program, a unique sales training system that uses actual sales data to create a sales simulation and business plan that serves as a wholesaler’s blueprint for success.

Perry has held numerous management roles in strategic planning, marketing, sales, product development and asset management for mutual fund, unit trust and insurance companies. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Asset Management/Scudder Investments from 2002 until 2004.

Kevin Loffredi is Senior Vice President of Advanced Sales & Marketing Corporation. In 2001, he developed a process to review annuity contracts issued by insurance companies. Kevin uses his expertise to develop the firm's competitive research capabilities. He also develops and teaches continuing education courses designed to increase sales of properly titled annuity contracts. As an industry expert, Kevin has been a keynote speaker and has been quoted in various publications, including Annuity Market News, Ignites, and National Underwriter.

Prior to joining Advanced Sales & Marketing Corp., John was an advanced marketing specialist with Deutsche Asset Management/Scudder Investments, where he supported the wholesale distribution operation. He was a speaker, trainer, and developer of value-added training and marketing programs, primarily in the areas of retirement asset management, practice management, annuity contract structure, tax management, and investment planning, all designed to help advisors increase sales.

John holds a CPA certificate and previously held roles in public accounting, financial management, financial and investor communications, and financial marketing.
